ART IS DROWNING IN A DARKENING SEA

.............The pleasure of moving yourself from one place to another, a pleasure that in reality comes from remembering

the past and rarely from the experience of the present. This pleasure can be savoured in full comfort, without difficulty

or misgivings................ it does not seem unreasonable or problematical to discuss here the idea that art can be created

from situations of devastation.

.............Il piacere di muoversi da un posto all'altro, un piacere che in realtà ci viene dal ricordo del passato e r

aramente dall'esperienza del presente. Questo piacere può essere assaporato in pieno comfort, senza difficoltà o

apprensioni.......non è irragionevole o problematico discutere qui dell'idea che l'arte può scaturire da situazioni di

danneggiamento.
